Pilates in Milan: how to book a class as a visitor
In Milan, start by exploring studios in Porta Romana and along Via della Guastalla. Offerings include group reformer, mixed apparatus and private sessions, so check the format of your chosen class.
Start with the location and class format.
Choose a studio that fits your day. Check the exact address and travel time, then distinguish group reformer, mat classes, private sessions and duets. Having apparatus does not necessarily mean the studio offers group classes.
Check the full cost of a single visit.
Pilates House Milano lists a single group reformer class at €35 and a private session at €68. Pilates Hub Milano also lists €35 for group reformer, plus €25 annual membership, and requires a medical certificate. These are that studio’s conditions, so confirm your chosen provider’s full first-visit cost and participation requirements before paying.
Confirm your class, language and arrival requirements.
Open the official booking link or contact the studio. Explain that you are visiting briefly and describe your experience. Ask whether a group class requires an introduction, which language your chosen session uses and when you can cancel. A website’s language does not establish the teaching language.
Before you pay
- Confirmed class and exact location.
- Single-session price and any extra fees.
- Beginner requirements, documents and equipment.
- Language of your class and cancellation deadline.
A message for the studio
Hello! I would like to attend one Pilates class while visiting the city. Do you accept single visits, what are the requirements for my first class, and what is the total cost? Please also let me know the teaching language and cancellation deadline. Thank you!
