Pilates in Paris: how to book a class as a visitor
In Paris, explore studios near Invalides and in Palais Royal, alongside other locations across the city. Distinguish group reformer classes from private mat or apparatus sessions when choosing.
Start with the location and class format.
Choose a studio that fits your day. Check the exact address and travel time, then distinguish group reformer, mat classes, private sessions and duets. Having apparatus does not necessarily mean the studio offers group classes.
Check the full cost of a single visit.
Paris Pilates Society lists a single group reformer class at €45, valid for one month. At Paris Pilates on Rue Montmartre, private mat Pilates costs €60 and private reformer costs €75. Compare the same class format and confirm introduction requirements and cancellation terms before booking.
Confirm your class, language and arrival requirements.
Open the official booking link or contact the studio. Explain that you are visiting briefly and describe your experience. Ask whether a group class requires an introduction, which language your chosen session uses and when you can cancel. A website’s language does not establish the teaching language.
Before you pay
- Confirmed class and exact location.
- Single-session price and any extra fees.
- Beginner requirements, documents and equipment.
- Language of your class and cancellation deadline.
A message for the studio
Hello! I would like to attend one Pilates class while visiting the city. Do you accept single visits, what are the requirements for my first class, and what is the total cost? Please also let me know the teaching language and cancellation deadline. Thank you!
